You couldn't make it up, could you?
Now out for most of the rest of the season - not that he was ever anywhere near fit enough.
This signing was a complete disgrace and whoever signed it off - Sullivan or Pellegrini or both - needs fucking shooting. There was not a single fan among us who thought this balsa wood man would be fit enough to play a significant part at the club. But, worse, there was not a major football team - except us - who thought so, either.
Eddie Howe refused to entertaun the idea of signing him permanently after his loan at Bournemouth. The word from people on the south coast was that no side would ever get a full season out of Wilshere again.
Yet we gave him a £100k a week contract.
Two Bob. We are two bob. Which, ironically enough, is probably what we'll have to lower ticket prices to next season in order to fill the athletics track in the Championship.

Re: Jack WILSHIRE injury update- keeping busy

I don’t think he’s even shown himself to be more than completely bang average on the very rare occasions he’s made it into the pitch for us.
I don’t think he will ever ‘come good’ again. Nor do I think he will ever play more than 5 games in a row again.
What a daft signing, paying a complete sicknote 100k a week for three years. You’d think they would have learned from the Carroll experience. If that’s not bad enough, from his social media it’s clear he doesn’t take the responsibility of getting himself fit and paying back some of our hard earned cash by getting himself on the field and contributing anything to the cause. He’s been missing this entire season while we’ve been screaming out for help in midfield.

Didn't the skipper once play 10 days after a hernia op?

Experience of a hernia, if you have it repaired by key hole then 2-3 weeks and yo7 can start training again, done by open surgery then 6 weeks, so I would guess whichever way is used he will be out for at least another 9 months, then he’ll break a finger nail, another month out. It’s just never ending.

Sullivan signing...
I don't care how many times he says Pelligrini gave him the O.K
It's bollocks...Sully had been lining him up for at least a year before even Moyes/Pearce took over. Bilic no doubt told him to do one.

Further update.
He’s managed to give himself a hernia now. I guess it must have been from jumping out of that fucking washing machine, because it certainly wasn’t on the football pitch.
What a total joke. Stealing a living.

I'm glad he's keeping busy and out of trouble
It gives him time to play swapsies with his panini stickers and fellow pals in the chimp enclosure

I remember an interview Stuart Pearce did where he said of all the signings made in that first transfer window after Pellegrini took over, only Fredericks and Wilshere were looked at by him and Moyes.

The whole sorry episode sums up our club. Media team think we'd lap up seeing a player who is permainjured leap from an industrial dryer (don't try this at home kids) to scare one of our other players (knowing how Rice leaps about when shocked we're lucky he never twisted a bloody ankle) Who the fuck is running our PR team? Where is the £100k fine for Wilshere? Clowns the lot of them!
